Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, haircare, or cosmetics products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
