At BeautyqueX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, haircare, or cosmetics products.

  • Please contact our customer service at beautyquex@gmail.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Because we operate dropshipping via Syncee and Spocket, shipping times may vary and can take up to 10-20 business days depending on the supplier and destination. Please be patient.

  • To reduce the risk of returns, please carefully check product descriptions and reviews before ordering.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the policy conditions are not met.
