• Since we operate via dropshipping with suppliers on Syncee and Spocket, shipping times vary by product origin and destination.

• Most deliveries within Europe and the US take between 7 to 20 business days.

• For some items from international suppliers, delivery may take up to 30 business days.

• Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees depend on the product and supplier location and will be clearly shown at checkout.

• Standard shipping is used unless express options are offered and selected.

• Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping Carriers and Packaging

• Shipments are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers; therefore, packaging will reflect the supplier's branding.

• Currently, personalized branding or custom packaging is not available.

Delays and Issues

• Delays can occur due to supplier processing times, logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

• If an order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer support for assistance.
